PHOENIX — With exactly one week until election day, the Activate 48 coalition is planning a slate of events to get out the vote, canvass, and “vote like a madre.” LUCHA AZ; Mi Familia Vota; Our Voice, Our Vote Arizona; and Chispa Arizona are spending the days leading up to the election encouraging Arizona’s voters to exercise their fundamental right and participate in our democracy.

“We’re going to cut through the rhetoric and all the distractions and do what our organizations do best. Go out in the field, talk to people, and tell them their vote matters. Every vote counts.” said Carolina Rodriguez-Greer, Arizona state director for Mi Familia Vota. “Ultimately, that’s how you win elections.”
